AINP AOS Federal - AOR, Medical and Biometric timelines

Hi,

I would like to understand the AOR, Medical, Biometric, CoPR and PR timelines after submitting paper application to Federal through Alberta PNP.

My timelines:
Nomination from Alberta - Oct 26th
Submitted the paper application to Federal - Nov 9th
AOR - ?
Medical - ?
Biometric - ?
CoPR - ?
PR - ?

My timelines:
AINP AOS Approved by Alberta - 12 April 2019 (originally applied late November 2018)
PR Application received by CIC - 13 May 2019 (can't remember exact date I sent it off, but probably a few weeks prior)
Medical request by CIC - 28 October 2019
Medical test done and sent (by clinic) - 6 November 2019
Medical received and processed my CIC - 15 November 2019
Email from CIC (Invitation to pre-arrival services) - 29 November 2019

Currently 2nd February 2020 - no further information. CIC online timeline says 13 November 2020 for estimated approval date.

Hello, I recently got the AINP AOS approval from Alberta. Looking at the post, it looks like this route takes more than a year. Should I wait for any other state to pick my express entry profile or should I send the paper application?

Secondly, If I send paper application and after that, I get NOI on my express entry profile then can I still apply for that?

Please let me know.
