Ainp and Express Entry

I am in Canada for 1 year as acook.
Now the 2nd Lmia is approved as a food service supervisor Noc6311. I applied for my new work permit and waiting to apply for the AINP. My consultant told me that it takes around 6 months and after that we have to apply for permanent resident but not thru EE. Why this am I eligible to apply with EE after my AINP?

bcuz u are not getting any points by nominated to AINP so u have to apply to federal instead of EE for your PR after AINP approval
