Agent not giving GC Key credentials

Hello guys.
My agent is not giving GC Key login details. The agent said all updates will be received over my e-mail address.

So,is it true that all updates come over email?

yes they will send you an Email for any update , but it is only to inform you that update has happened, to check the content of the update you need to have GCkey login details.

Thanks for the reply.But,I have heard that if Medical gets updated,then that email wont come.

if i was the agent, i would do the same. Applicants have big chance to mess up something since it is us who are under pressure. I wouldnt risk my success rate as agent to some fat fingered click by user

Time to hire another agent who is well built than the existing one and then you know what to do XD

But on a serious note, its illegal and you can file a police complaint. Depend on the laws of your country.

My application for work permit etc was done by my employer's agent. They also did not give me any GCKey etc. It was PwC Law, a major legal firm.
