agency dilemma :3

greetings! i applied for my SP for the may intake this march through vfs global with the help of an agency and i am yet to receive a decision. but lately, my agent is being irrational and asking for money although the deal was i would pay the rest of the money once it gets approved. what i wanted to know is, is there any way they can make an impact on the final visa decision?
PS: they have access to my visa status page.

No, there is no way for them to impact the final decision. Your application is reviewed just like any other person's.

If you too have access to your cic(visa status page as you call it) then I would suggest you to login and change the security question and your login password. This way the agent cannot play mischief by uploading amended or altered documents.

thanks very much for replying. i did reset the password and the security questions before but then the agent called me inquiring why i changed it, the thing is i could have refused to give them the new credentials but they somehow managed the reset the password again by themselves but couldn't progress further due to the answers to the questions i have picked for myself so i had to give them my the answer to the questions to gain the password. i could have reset it again but it would be a perpetual process if they keep doing the same i figured. i am not sure if any of that makes sense, i have no idea how they manage the reset the password though but thanks for helping agaim.
