Age point reduction after ITA

hello all,
I am in process of submitting my application after receiving ITA. My point reduced by 5 point due to age factor after receiving ITA and now my score is 437 which is less than 442 at which I received ITA.
Should I mention anything about this in LOE?
Point reduction due to age after ITA cannot result in application rejection, this I know.
