AGE LIMIT of PEQ - Quebec Graduates

Hi all,

I'm already 35 with a Master's degree. I'm now thinking about migrating to Quebec through PEQ - Quebec Graduates by taking one more master's degree in Quebec. I'm prepared to learn French to B2 level before I start the master's degree there. Am I too old for this?

1. Is there an AGE LIMIT??
2. Will my application for CSQ be processed less favourably due to my old age?
3. Does everyone having B2 level of French with those "eligible diplomas" get a CSQ?

I've read their web site. I've learnt that the minimum is 18 for PEQ. However, are there any federal age requirements to fulfill?
