Hello sir good morning my question is my husband asylum refugee hong Kong I'm going to apply my PR soon can I include him my PR when apply its possible and my second question sir he's so young like he's 24 now and I'm 44 any problem about age limit thank you sir

There is no age limit. However if there is a significant age gap - CIC may request additional evidence that your relationship is genuine.

What matters is the evidence that your marriage is real. Did you date a long time before marrying? Meet in person many times? Meet each other's families? Have shared financial accounts, life insurnace, etc on each other? etc etc.

A visa officer may suspect a fraudulent marriage of convenience due to the very large age gap and if all you have is a marriage certificate.
