Age factor of ''below 30 years ''

Hi All,
I have doubts about the age factor of ''below 30 years ''. I'm turning 29 years on 23rd November this year (Birthday 23.11.1993)
And planning to submit my EE profile around December once I get the WES report.

Will, there any deduction of points till the next year 2023 November 23 or will it get deducted after I turn 30 next year November?

Your age will be taken in consideration once you receive an ITA.
