Unfortunately it will be quite difficult at your age. Many immigration programs are points-based and you will lose very significant points as a result of your age. If you want to try - recommend that you focus on the Provincial Nominee Programs.
If you wanted to continue practicing as a dentist that would also mean getting decertified. Setting up a practice late in life would also be difficult. Canada has a surplus of dentists especially in larger cities. If you were thinking of starting another career that also may be difficult at your age. Would think about why you want to immigrate and what are you are expecting. If you have a good quality of life in India why move and risk a move at this point in your life and career?
