again not clear file status?

Hi all and specially senior members,
pls clear me as i submitted my application on 24 nov 2009 recieved aor on 5 jan 2009 stating that my file transferred to nova scotia for further evaluation.they said that if i will succeed from nova scotia then they will issue new file no. then for further processing i have to give both new and old file no.IS THIS THE RESION I AM NOT GETTING MY ONLINE STATUS because i have checked my status by all means suggested by the members.pls guide.

If it's any solace to you, I'm unable to get my status on e-CAS too. I've recently been approved by Sydney, NS and my file has been transferred to the local visa office. It's supposed to show up online, but it's not. Maybe there is a problem with the system or something. At least, I hope it's a technical glitch :-(
