After the medical test in Provincial Nominee

Hey Guys,

I add my spouse name in PNP application and she got the medical request in Aug 13 and uploaded everything in Aug 22nd. Anyone has idea how many more days it will take to ask for the passport. Because I planning to go back home in Oct 4th , is there any chance to get the request before that date. Any suggestion will be applicable.
