After submitting study permit application, how much time it usually takes for BIL?

Is it automatically generated? I had submitted application yesterday at 5pm but haven't received yet though 3 hours remaining for 24 hours to get complete. bit worried why I haven't received it yet.

You can wait it out a bit. Are you residing in India ? VFS is closed there.

Yes I know that. Atleast I can have BIL in my hand.

There's nothing to worry about. BIL is auto generated, it's nothing to do with you or your application. It will get sent when the system generates it. And as it's been pointed out to you, even if you do get BIL you can't do anything about it at the moment as VAC offices are closed where you are.
