After sending passport, how long does CIC take to stamp the PR visa?

Finally got my passport back along with COPR. Best day ever!!!. Landing formalities today. It takes maximum 20 business days from the date CIC recieve the passport back with COPR.

Congrats! Would you mind sharing when did you "Final Decision" change to "Approved"? How many days does it take between application approved and passport return tracker activated?

I submitted my passport on 7th July and CIC received on 10th July. There is no update in the Canada post's return envelope yet. Can someone share the timelines if submitted around the same period?

My passport is delivered by Jul 10, and my application has just been approved today. However, the tracking is not activated yet.

That's a good news. I have not checked the application's final decision as my lawyer has filed it for me. I have emailed her to ask about the same. Please keep me updated about your tracker status Thanks!

I also submitted passport on 07/07 and CIC received it on 07/10. No updates yet. The status still shows "Final Decision:
Your application is in progress."
Does your application show "Approved" or "Sent for printing" as the final decision?

I have not checked the application's final decision as my lawyer has filed it for me. I have emailed her to ask about the same. I will let you know once I get a reply from my lawyer. However, towards the end of this thread, Angela828 has informed that her passport also got delivered on 10tJulyly and she got the decision "Approved" today. Lets hope we will get ours soon too!

My status changed to approved today in my cic account.. but under final descision its coming as approved and refer document in messages below... but there is no new message...
Also, can anyone help me when do you receive COPR and how do you receive it..via cic account or along with passport?
Also in email from immigration when they confirmed about visa they wrote ask you courier agenci

Depends on Medical Expire date.My medical was supposed to be expired on 10th Jan 2018. Although completed my landing Formalities on 31st July 2017.

No Problem. As this moment, my tracking is still not activated.

I have a question, do you receive any email or detailed message in the myCIC system other than status changed from "in progress" to "approved"? I do not receive any, so just want to make sure everything is on the track.

Hi Angela, My status also got changed to Approved yesterday. But return tracker is still not activated. They have just written that "Your application was approved".
