After sending passport, how long does CIC Ottawa take to stamp the PR visa?

I just wondered how long does it take for CIC to stamp the passport and return it back from CIC Ottawa.

Could you guys please share your timelines ? Especially people who have sent their passports recently in Jan, Feb, Mar 2014. Or even outside these times. Please reply guys and share your experiences with me.
