After Selection Interview at Abu Dhabi

I have successfully attended my interview at Abu Dhabi on 18th November 2012(Canadian embassy), interview was good and he told me to wait for 4 month for Medical.

Please share your interview experience...................Questions especially by Visa Officer............

Interview Experience was good, when I reached at Abu Dhabi Mall 10th Floor and after Security check I went to Security Officer and show him Interview Call letter, Ha gave me token and told me to submit the cell Phone, I was very nervous and didn't know what happened next....My Time was 11:00 and They call me at 11:40, I went to room in which a glass separation between me and VO Officer, and after meet and greet he told me that i came day before yesterday for your interview from London, I have some serious concern about your education, so first of all we should start from your education original documents and I want to see all your documents, I showed him all my documents and he saw all my documents one by one and also asked some question about my education. after that he seemed very calm and casual, then he asked some question about my job and duties, I am a Mobile Crane Operator and he asked some safety procedure before operating Mobile Crane. and I replied him each and every detail about safety procedure of Mobile Crane.

After that he asked about Canada, that what is your planning for Canada, I told him that i have a separate file for my future planning in Canada he appreciate me for this and had brief look on file and after this he told me that you have good planning for Canada, and you know your work well, and now I don't have any thing to ask If you wanna ask some thing please ask?, i replied that I am very thankful for your precious time and give me this opportunity for Interview.

After that he asked updated forms and told me that you have to wait for 4 months for Medical, and don't leave your job until you have clear status. and he also suggested me to land Canada in Spring season It will be good for you and your family.

I was very happy and when I came out from the room I was weeping and dancing and I didn't know what i should do.

This is because of Pray of my mother my family members my friends, you don't imagine that It was very happy day for my life.

Pray for me that soon I get medical..................... By the Grace of God this whole procedure was end in 20 minutes.

After the interview my ECAS status changed to "We started processing your application on 18 Nov 2012", what exactly its means, is there any possibility that they can still verify my employer or they start Security Background check, even though during the interview VO gave me photocopies of my original documents that i have already submitted.

Seniors please help me about my above question.

Until, Unless, you do not receive your medical doc. verification are being done at any time even now they verify after medical done..........so one important thing now they are sending medical doc. through email.......they are not sending hard copies as in past......so in touch with your inbox.

Thanks for your answer and suggestion, One more thing i want to ask that what is difference with Background check and Security check as i read many posts in this forum that background check start when we received our first AOR till the interview waiver or successful completion of interview, and after successful completion of interview they start Security check, even though after the interview they verified my bank account two times, my question is if they have any concern about my qualification or job experience that we already discussed and VO was very satisfied and he told me to wait for your medical in next 4 months, and he also suggested that Spring season is good for you to land in Canada.

Seniors please help me and give me answer.

In background they check your personal history ........and in security check you sent your Police Certificate with Medical so then they start checking your Police record with different countries.........whom you send Police Certificate........

Yes my boss got his medical through email........and first permanent fee was deposited in standard charted but now they specifically said send a draft in favor of Receiver General for Canada..........
