Hello. I received ppr on 4th November 2021 and I sent everything on 8th November 2021 with my passport to VFS Global Office and my passport has been under processing since 10th November 2021. Ircc requested new medical on 13th December 2021 and I have done on 23 th December 2021 after that I informed them about done my medical. 31th December on 2021 they sent me again ppr and I explained them situation. 4th January I sent them again email about my medical done and still waiting my pp however Ankara VO emailed me please sent your pp to VFS asap. I emailed them and again explain situation after that I sent them webform but there is still no counterfoil number on my gc key only shows medical done 25th December 2021.
Please help my what should I do ? My pp has been in visa office for 2 months.
