After PPR I request NDVO to change my PP submission office to USA

After PPR I requested NDVO to change my PP submission office to USA because currently I am in USA, but it's been 8 days now, no reply from ndvo.. 1.Can I still send my Passport to India through courier and then my dependent will submit it in vfs, or should I wait for revised PPR email..
2. What will happen if I get revised email but my passport has already left for India ?

Pls advise.

did u get any reply from the NDVO ?
 
Hi we are in the exact same situation at the moment, my wife and daughter in usa and we have received ppr from ndvo. How did you manage. What was the reply came from ndvo?

if you see the msg please let us know we are very worried.
