After PPR: Can applicants submit passport for CoPR separately ?

Hi Guys,

I have applied for PR with my Spouse. Just wanted to check if we can submit our passports at different time i.e separately to VFS, New Delhi, India.
Has anyone done that before ?

Check your PPR letter. For Ottawa they want all passports in a single package. No idea about New Delhi.

For Ottawa, it mentioned to be send in single package.
But there isn't anything written for New Delhi/India case.

you need to inform ottawa visa office, they will send one more PPR letter for you wife to apply in VFS india

Can't we submit with the same PPR letter?
