After one year of Canadian work experience in noc B job can I add my foreign experience of one year with two different employers to get points?

I am about to have one year of Canadian work experience but my experience back in country is one year with a gap of 18 days with two employers. Will I be able to get points for my foreign experience of one year after qualifying for CEC?
