After oath how long it takes to get passport?

Can anybody tell how long it takes to get passport after the oath? Can anybody apply for Canadian passport from overseas after the oath?

As for how soon, you can apply after one business day from the day you became a citizen. Say you became a citizen on Dec 1, 2013 you can apply for your passport on Dec 3, 2013.

After my oath, they told us to wait 2 business days to be safe. My oath was on a Friday so I went in on the Wednesday of the following week.
