After Midical received, what next?( for sponsor inland)

Thanks so much foe reading my topic, I have a question for everybody to kind help. my status has change from CIC office will contact you became (Medical result have been received,) what happend next with my application, how long I can wait until final step make?

I'd be happy to help but I need some more information to better help you such as when your application was recieved, whether or not you have AIP yet. Also, can you copy exactly what it says on your ecas?
