There is more to it .. You do not get inadmissible rejection unless you provided false information or such.
Do you think if there is any thing related to it?

Once you know exact reason, you can think of appealing the decision otherwise unfortunately you have to wait for 5 years before you apply again.

thanks for your reply......they didn't specifically mentioned what kind of false documents i added to my file...they just said...-((( accordance with paragraph 40(1)(a) of IRPA for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of the IRPA .In accordance with paragraph A40(2)(a),you will remain inadmissible to Canada for a period of five year from the date of this letter or from the date a previous removal order was enforced.))) but sir my question is that is there any possibility to getting refused after done medical??

It may or may not. Medical is just another requirement to process your application. If IRCC requests for medical it does not mean your application is pending approved on medical result. You can pass medical test but still be refused for the visa application.

I would suggest you to order GCMS notes, it will provide you exact information of the refusal you need to know.
