After Medical how much time is required for further processing??

Hello,

We have successfully received medical Examination form London .Now tell me how much time is required when they reply and after what they usually demand ? For further documentation , or passport for visa??

Also tell me what universities in Saskatchewan are better for education , and after landing which type of technical work i need to get job quickly that would be better for settlement..
