I am submitting my application. Do I have to provide my pay stubs T4's for non cec experience along with my NOC experience ? Please guide ?

If you are not claiming points for such work experience only include it in the personal history section. No proof of employment will be required.

I'd add them into the application because if they notice a gap in your work history they may ask you to provide more information or even reject the application.

Better to be safe than sorry and having to go through the entire process again.

No. It is not eligible experience, you do not have to provide proof. However, you must list it in your Background / Declaration (Schedule A).
