1. Which city to choose among these (Toronto,Montreal, Mississauga or if you have any suggestion)
2. Why you choose this city?
3. How long it needs to get PR Card?
4. Can we rent apartment within a week upon arrival?
5.: How long it takes to make driving license?

1. You need to decide on own. Do some research on own to understand the city and whether you can adjust to that city.

3. 61 days as per cic website. You can check on website the processing days.
4. Yes you can. Search on Kijiji.ca
5. First you need to apply for G1

The fact that you are considering Toronto, Montreal and Mississauga, presumably after being approved for PR, shows you are not aware of some basic location conditions of whichever programme you applied through. Not all locations will be permissible for your programme.

Isn't it only Montreal that is not permissible being part of Quebec?
