After Document Request

Hello Guys,

I appled for FSW from Buffallo under the old immigration rules and before Feb 27th. AOR received in May'08 and they requested Tax Documents and Original Transcrips of my degree (in a University's sealed envelop) in Oct and I am sending those on Friday.

My question is that once they receive everything what they ask for, and they verify and everything is ok, will they ask for Medicals and FBI next. I have already given all documents including a Original IELTS result with 7's.

OR Will they ask for more documents, OR transfer my file to the local and the local office will then ask me for Medicals and FBI?

Please let me know with your expertise....

based from the experience I had after submitting documents like yours, they have requested medical and FBI/Police clearance as well as proof of funds. Also, they request payment of RPRF.

So are you saying they asked for everything in one time? i.e Bank Stat, FBI Rep, Medicals? I have no problems, but I just want to be ready. Also based on your experience, do you have a rough guesstimate that how long will all this will take after I sub,it the requested documents on tomorrow. What is RFRP?

I know no one can tell, I just want to ask a guess...
