(after dismissed) when can I apply again for a visa

Hello,

I lost my PR status because of the obligations. Eventhough I appealed the descision, it's been dismissed.

Now, I wanna go back to visit my sister who's pregnant. When can I apply for a visitor visa?
will my immigration record affect my application?

You can apply now. The fact that you appealed to try and keep your status could very well affect a TRV app.

Keep your trip to 2-3 weeks at most.

If you lost the appeal relatively recently, wait a few months before applying for the TRV.
