After CSQ processing timeframe

Guys
I applied for federal after I got the BOQ
They received my file through my lawyer on 08/01/2019 and till now almost 4 months no replay with file number how can communicate woth them to check for reason or why I didn't receive file number so far please help me

And Just FYI , I got my file number after 5 months , so be patient !
