After citizen if I change address whom should I contact for MP congratulations letter

My current lease will be done end of next month and I will also move to new address still looking new apartment , my oath is 2020/03/06.

so my question is: after taking oath where I should give my new address to get MP congratulations letter .

I would be thankful if you kindly help me to get this information.

Doesn't matter much to be honest. Never received anything (and I didn't move!)
