After accepting ITA ??

Hi everyone, as per my iTA , I have 90 days for gathering all documents and submit the application while some source on the internet says that only 60 days is given. So I just wonder if CIC gives us extra time due to the situation of Covid 19 ?
Could someone help me clear this ?
