After a long wait of 19 months received a Sponsorship Form Request

Hello Everybody,

Me and my wife applied for Express Entry 19 months ago, after a long wait received a letter request IMM 5490 E : Sponsored spouse/Partner. The problem is we don't live together anymore and we didn't go through divorce thinking it's going to impact the application.

We were waiting for the approval and would get a divorce before landing. Now I'm not sure what to do since filling up this application would be a misrepresentation. I'm the principal applicant.

I suppose, at the very least, you should raise a CSE and let IRCC know the problem.
