Hi everyone...

I'm sponsoring my Indonesian wife, outland through Singapore. I remember her DMP's clinic told us that they were going to send her medical result to Manila.

But I'm curious.....does it stay in Manila and that's it? Or does Manila send it to Mississauga or Singapore?

I believe the Manila RMO will simply summarize the results of the medical, and make it available via the electronic system CIC uses.

When the VO in Singapore eventually gets around to your wife's app, they can simply log into the system to retrieve her medical results electronically.

Just to give you a rough idea, my wife did her medical exam in the 3rd week of December 2012. By first week of March 2013, I learnt (from a call centre agent) that they already had my wife's medical results......but most likely the CIC got the results a lot earlier, because my wife's DMP said that the results were going to be transferred to Manila a few days after the medical exam took place.
