If you have done your re medical and re police clearance, the next batch of DM would be in October, your case must be finalize by then, and Yes Pakistan processing time line does not apply to you any more... except that they have to issue your Visa and CORP papers.

Officer where did you hear that they will issue the next batch in October ? I'm sick and tired of waiting I have been waiting for 30 months!!!! My 2nd madical is expring on 24 of sept, are they gonna take another year out of my life by issuing a 3rd madical ? My notes says everything is approved and done then why am I waiting ? MPs are no help they get generic reply from cic ! I'm writing a letter to the minsters office I don't know if it will any be help !! Do you think doing a lot of enquiries has any effect on the process ? Waiting to hear back form you thank you officer

Hi Abdul brother you should do your medical in IOM office in kabul here is adress Ansari square wazir akbarkhan kabul city it will charge about 332 us dollars and 900 af

Hello Amina,

The process of your spousal application will be the following:

Sponsor side = you will get AOR1 witin 35 days of submission your application and Sponsorship approval with 61 Days of your application submission to CIC Mississauga , processing time is based on CIC website...

Applicant side = after sponsorship approval from your side then it will go to India for further processing of your husband in afghanistan, if our application is straight forward it will take 8 to 9 months after that..

but if you get a red flag then it will move your file to 16 months including interview or further documentation requirements ...

No I did not received anything I just talk with my mp and She said file is still in backgrand check and we will do the next inquiry on Oct 15 2015 that's what the mp told me
