Does anyone know how to bring money from Afg. My husband is coming soon inshallah, he sold his house there but don't know how to bring the money. Anyone knows if he will be taxed over 10,000 if he claims?

Nope he won't be taxed, but you just have to tell them about it. If you don't then you get fined (unless they don't find out , but that's risky)

Btw I ordered noted more than a month ago and still haven't received them...they emailed saying they've put my request as a priority (this was on Thursday) but still no notes....anyone else have a similar experience? I hope it doesn't mean anything negative :(

Salam everyone, I am also new to this Forum. I have been following this forum for quite some time now but decided to finally register as I am getting fed up with this waiting game. :(

My timeline is:

I received a letter in January to send supplementary forms and I sent it through Canada Post and sent them through E-mail as well just in case. I haven't heard from them since. When I sent the forms, I was tracking my item through Canada Post and it never said it had arrived in India so I called them so they can investigate. In February my MP said they received it on February 2nd but I got a letter from Canada Post yesterday saying through their investigation they were unable to find my item. So I am starting to freak out a bit. :(

its been 40 days now, since my wife has submitted her passport in islamabad visa office, they still havent given her the visa, this is BS
