Salaam dear respected memebers I got my note today and one thing I don't understand is RFV ? It's say file is waiting for RFV I don't understand what RFV means? If anybody know the meaning of it please reply thank you guys in advance

salaam anjo jaan and sadaf jaan thank u for the good wishes ,lets hope for the best Allah is mahraban I wish we al get together with our love ones ASAP inshallah , answer to ur question anjo jaan criminality is something that they do run a background chick about ur sponsored spouse to see she/he has no criminal record anywhere in the world they contact all the security agencies to see he/she is not involved in any kind of crime and security is almost the same as criminality but the deference btween security and criminality is that wanna see if the applicant involved in any crime they wanna know what kind of crime he or she was involved in is she or he is a treath to the Canada or not how bad and what kind of crime he or she was comited for example same sex marrige is a big crime in slamic countries but not for the western countries just like medical if the applicant has HIV or cancer or any kind of non curable deases he or she ll get rejected or if the applicant has daibatic or tabarcluse they don't reject the applicant they delay the case and advice the applicant to get madication get treatment than they ask for another remed if the applicant's health is improved they issue her/she visa , hope I answered ur question

There is nothing new in the notes
Just a note from December 7 that they are waiting for the medical results but I don't get why cuz the medical was sent in July
Do you have a note like that too?
And everything is passed too except medical
For some reason it's still in progress
And security is hidden so I don't know for security
But from the look of it, it seems to be passed too
And bakhair you will get ppr soon
In Sha Allah we all hear something good really soon bakhair

I have a question, I have sponsor my husband and he is here in canada for 2 months now, but we haven't receive our nikaah certificate and photos( wedding) I dont know where it is going to be mailed, because I am waiting to be mailed? Being in India myself, i had problems with Indian customs asking too many questions and pointless questions like why did we come here not from Afghanistan, including my wifes indian visa. Again, i told them everything and honestly they cant stop you from leaving. They have no choice since you have done no crime so your travel agent is right

We personally went from Afghanistan, Mazar.

We came back from Mazar to Kabul. Kabul ( Kam air ) > Dubai ( Cathay Pacific Airlines ) >
Hong Kong > Vancouver. I will say, te food wasnt enjoyable. Just talking about it disgusts me. We didnt eat but juice and fruits, deserts. But the movies were all new.

If your going from India, When you arrive in Canada. Just fill your customs form for yourself.

Your spouse will need present their CPR ( Confirmation of Permanent Residence ) as well as the Passport to the CBSA officer. You do not fill Custom forms for them. The CBSA Officer will guide you to the visa officer room after you collect your luggage ( you will have to leave your luggage outside the door, cannot bring it in ). It will take 1-2hour in there.

Get your spouses medical card , SIN and go to nearest place to apply for english classes. There is a long wait list

i just have some questions
-when you wanted to come from india to Canada you said they give you hard time so you had to go Afghanistant and come from there?
- why type of questions they ask at the canadian airport?
