It is very depressing to see so many updates on the other Indian thread and none here.

I noticed you have received your AoR On Augest? You only have passed a month, You have just started the journey and have yet seen the storm and thunders of the journey. From AoR to IP is about 5months-7months depending on the case and officer.

Ya Khuda, please help get us ( my brothers and sisters ) get out visa asap.... Those who have waited long like ms sadaf, Yasemin, myself and other older members get IP, DM and PPR.

Does anyone know someone who can renew my indian visa? Perhaps with bribe? If so, please send me your number and we can chat in Tango ( not a talker ). I want a smooth exit rather than have trouble with FRRO

Yes I check ECAS daily haha. It is still Application Received. Thanks for your encouragement I will request for the Notes maybe end of October as my husband just did his Re-medical. I want to make sure they have that noted as well

Umm for renewing Visa maybe ask someone from the Indian Topic, they might know people

Your next step is Decision Made and then PPR. If you look at that link, the average from In Process to DM was between 1 day to a week. Maximum was 2 weeks average.

I have been checking our ecas and it said, " Application Received ". 2 hours ago I check again, and it was same thing...

Remember? When I said that 85% of time what I dream or say becomes reality and that we will get some good news before October 22 2014!

Now, i checked again, it says " In Process" It seems they don't update during weekends thats why it happened now that its monday at Delhi.

I have feeling our brothers and sisters will get some good news too before October 22. I pray that we do get good news. Its so difficult without your loved ones and hopefully we can live in peace soon. I am fortune to be here until her sponsorship is completed and accompany my spouse with me

The transition time between IP to DM varies for everyone..I don't believe there is an approximate time frame..I have been waiting for 6 months now!!! My file went to IP status April 2, 2014..Some members have waited more than that..

I have submitted everything required and havent heard anythig since May 2014..

Really wow ! That is really long ! Have you checked what's going on with ur file ? Like MP inquiries ? Note?

Like when did you receive them and was there any information notes from officer about the application or interview waiver recommendation notes. I remember you saying interview is waived but wanted to know if your notes had anything about that noted

agree with u dear positivity coz mine is the same thing its been almost 3 months its is still IP i dont understand none understand what is next even the visa office in india dont know what to do lol our files are useless object to them sometime if they feel like its like hmmmm nothing g to do lets play with some of these old looking files and than they open it as soon they open the file they close it and they think enough for this file and than they close it and put it back in storage for another year that's it

I spoke with my MP and he sent an inquiry. They got back to me saying I should wait till end of October and if I don't hear anything I should ask them to send another inquiry.

Any thoughts from anyone, because I'm really tired of waiting. I really don't know how the senior forum members managed to be patient.

Hi dear, I have the same stage as you, I did inquiry and my mp she told me they received your remedical, but they didn't send out anything else yet. She told me to wait until end of October if you don't hear anything call me back, I will do an other inquiry... Now I am wait again tell end of October and see might they send out anything else or IP will change to Dm... No idea

I got my notes on aug and yes it did mention on my notes that the relationship is genuine and interview waived ! And then after that sept 4 I got remed and sept 8 IMM5669 background deceleration update form and sept 12 E-changed to IP ! Now don't know how long and what's next
