I had send an email to New Delhi on April 2014 for any updates on my case and after couple of weeks I received an email for remed and ecas changed to In Process after doing remed then Ecas changed to Decision Made and which it says that the Visa office will reply back to us about Decision Made.

But today I got an email from New Delhi office after reading this I got really confused has anyone else got anything like this also when I send an email to them I had included all the information except my wife's Afghani passport. My question is if they don't have any information about my case on their file then how did we received a remed from their office. Here is what they send me and I am sorry I wrote too much.

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

Based on the information you have provided, we have not been able to find any record of an application in our client database, kindly include the applicant's full name, date of birth, passport number and file number in your message to facilitate us looking for your records.

you may not have provided enough info in the April email. and they were too lazy to email you until NOW. this is so bad on their part. Im sure everything is fine on your end though. Have you thought of sending an email about your Decision Made status.

I am pretty sure I provided them with all the information for both of us and also I got the email on July 2, 2014 at 11:11pm also my wife got the same email as well.

Salam Aliakum,
I had the same issue when I had received an email for remed and I try to open the attachment from my iphone the forms wasn't filled up but when I opened the attachments on my computer it was already filled up with my wife's name and file number, so I am pretty sure it's just the pdf reader problem and also u don't have to fill anything just tell your spouse to take 4 pics her tazkira or passport and the remed form which was emailed to u guys. Also in kabul most of the photographers photoshop the photos jut tell them to leave it natural and also if they r wearing any color lenses tell them to take it off. Also the doctor in Kabul will fill the rest of the forms for her and the doctor will send the reports to New Delhi and their fees is $329 US. Hope that helped.
