Salam Ahmad jan first if all congrats for ppr to u and all the member who gt ppr request inshallah the rest will get it soon .
For ppr submittion you have to go to G9 market and go to fedex building at te gate the will ask you to show th the letter. For ur pp submittion , it's on 4th floor I think , u need pics passport size printout of the email make sure to print the full email I think it's all 5 pages and 1600 rupee .they will take ur passport pics and the last page of ur email they will ask u to fill it out and pay the fee , that's it . That's good congrats . The MP that's I was dealing with he lost so now I don't even know who's the new MP and my wife is here with me . Hopefully to get it next week

I just don't understand why afghans have to go to pakistand to submit the passport where all the proceddure is been done in New Dehli, is CIC is asking you to go to Islamabad??? I mean is the ppr letter states Islamabad as the location to suit????or afghans just select Pakistan as its easy to travel from Afg????

Cic selecting for afghans Islamabad office for visa bz of it is near to afghanistan that is why

I just got a reply to my inquiry from CIC saying that our file is with an officer for review; does this mean that background check/security is done and just waiting for a final review? (I REALLY hope so!)

I think This is a good idea. because its easier to travel Islamabad rather than New Delhi, and financially expense would b much lesser than going to New Delhi.
if someone is living in Delhi s/he can go to VO and tell them that i want visa to b issued here.

(new-delhi-2015-spousal-visa-applicants) type this in google, find the last post of page # 125
abdul786 upper is the add of a forum, in this page just scroll down the last post of the page is posted by an Indian friend that will give u a brief concept from start to end that what and how to do. there will be only one difference that forms for Afghan nationals will b different from Indians, so for forms go through CIC website.
