I got email that said
PLEASE PROVIDE ORIGINAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (GREEN BOOKLET).

I dont have any green booklet !!
I showed my marriage certificate from afghan embassy that is like a4 paper
With a lot of stamps of afghan embassy and wazarat kharija .
But the canada embassy want a green booklet !!!
My original marriage is a4 paper ! They didnt accept that like original !!
What i must to do :-\

Dear the marriage certificate is green booklet, but when it is translited and confirmed with foreign ministry of Afghanistan the translation is white paper, so in this case, the original is a green booklet and they need the original one. Yeah, you are right years ago they were issuing a A4 paper marriage certificate and now it is a green booklet, so I advised you to contact the embassy they might help you with it.

i submit my application on oct 09-2014
i just got letter that i met the requirement Feb 10-2015
they mentioned that my application forwarded to New Delhi...

can someone tell me what is the next step. how long will it take to get to next step:

First of all congratulation that you are done with the first step of the process. Now your are application will be reviewed in Delhi by an immigration officer and than they will contact you in case they need any documents from you. On the other hand, the processing time in Delhi is 15 months, so inshu allha you will get your visa in this period if everything goes smooth.
