Afghanistan PCC

Dear seniors has anyone applied PCC from Afghanistan ?How long does it takes to obtain?I am currently working in Canada,i have submitted my required documents as per their website to obtain PCC from Afghanistan Consulate,Vancouver,its been two months but i didn't hear anything from them,i have submitted my eAPR but only left Afghanistan PCC,however, they provided me one letter for proof so i attached that.So do they reject my application or they could give me deadline? my background check has been changed in progress yesterday.
