Affiliation with any organisation...

Dear all...
while filling the pr application... there is a question for membership or association with any organization... i checked it as N/A because i took it as some govt association. The certificates of pharmacy council and engineering council fall under this question??? I have a certificate of pakistan engineering council and my wife has certificate of pakistan punjab pharmacy council and dubai health authority license... shall we present this in the membership question??
We already have submitted the application... shall we raise a cse now?? And what shall we explain??

Organisation means things like a youth club or member of Mensa. Technically you should have listed that. You can raise a CSE but I wouldn't worry.

This is a cerificate which i got from pakistan engineering council showing that i am approved as an engineer and same goes for my wife in case of pharmacy field..
