AEO with PR: need your valid opinion

Dear Friends,

Kindly give me some valid opinions since i am totally unware.One of the agency told me that they will arrange AEO with PR to canada.I am MBA with 5 yrs of experience in financial industry and now working here in india with a leading mnc.How will i check the genuinity of agency? agency name is midas inc, new delhi. Since i am new to this process i need your help,pls reply.

Thats not true, if you are in India and you get AEO (LMO) you will get points of AEO, but your NOC must have to match with 29 current NOC's.
Yes you can apply for work permit and then enter in Canada on work permit , after staying on work permit upto 1year , then after from canada (inside canada) you can apply for PR, but you must have to wait 1year after entering in the Canada and you must have to inside canada during your file process and even you have to follow all steps of PR too. I hope will help this explaination.

you dont have to wait for 2 yrs..if you are on a work permit and if the employer gives you a letter saying they would like to employ you on a permanent basis after you receive your pr, you can apply in fsw2 category...but you will have to have a valid work permit when you apply up until you receive your pr...the 2yrs rule is for CEC category which is also an alternative...

The consultant is telling me that they will do the filing for pr also. and they will start bank account,airport pick up & arrange accomodation there.

I am also undergoing the same matter. I was working with MNC IT company called as CSC in NOIDA. I am also trying to get into Canadia PR Thing. they have listed the three PR options in their mail telling me that I can apply for any of them. If you have AEO then it is not required to have your NOC in Ministerial Instruction list.

That is the glory of having AEO.

I think the ability to modify a post is available for only couple of hrs or maybe a day or so. The original post was in May and therefore he cannot modify the post now (August) unless his post is reported to Admin, of course with his permission.
