Advise : Scope of Marketing Jobs in Calgary or Toronto ( Important Advise )

Hi all - Will it be Toronto or Calgary for a new immigrant from a job perspective? My domain is marketing and wife is in operations. Is Calgary feasible for white-collar jobs? We want to avoid Toronto if possible considering the population and costs. I do not mind doing a minimum wage job for a few months but can't imagine that for the rest of my life coming there.

I come with around 8 years experience in marketing and demand generation in the Information Technology Industry from India and have targetted the US region for all my marketing efforts.

Sound more like Sales. There isn't much of a a tech scene in Calgary. If you don't want to consider Toronto, Vancouver or KW would be better options than Calgary. Marketing n general ia very tough to get into because there aren't a ton of jobs and lots of people wanting to do marketing
