Hi just what to ask? My friends work is food and beverage server. When she came here the employer let her work as a caregiver to her mom aside from that she is cleaning outside for 3 hours included in the duty without extra pay. The house is provided to her in return she is cleaning and doing all the chores. What can you give her advise in what to do?
 
The caregiver work and cleaning work is illegal work and means she can be deported from Canada. Your friend should stop this work immediately.
 
And this is EXACTLY why there is currently a moratorium on TFW in some areas.

This illegal work, under the table, for an LMO holder causes resentment because it's taking away employment from a resident.

I bet that the "benefit in kind" value of the house is not being declared for tax either.
