I applied online on Oct 14th, on Nov 13th I got a standard email saying "no status change on your application so far".
But my classes start Jan 9th and I wanted to go to Canada to prepare for everything around Dec 20.
The processing time is 10 weeks in Brazil, and it would be exactly on the week of Dec 20, do I risk buying the airplane ticket? Or do I have to wait and buy it at the last minute when its super expensive?
What I want to know is if usually it takes exactly the estimated time, more, less, whatever info you guys can give.
