Advise For student visa processing

Good day all, I've just been accepted into the University of Regina. Still awaiting the original copies of my acceptance letter. I would love to know if
1. I can proceed for my student visa processing with the acceptance letter sent to me by email.
2. What necessary supporting documents do I need.
3.a sample letter of explanation.

Yes you can print your letter in coloured and use it to apply, you don't need to wait for mail. For your other questions, check CIC website, you will see checklist of what to provide. Good luck.
