I am industrial engineer from NED University, I completed my B.e IN 2008 dec, for 2010 May, I applied for the M.eng co-op in uni of regina....and i got admission letter in Feb'2010...due to some personal reason i dint go...at that stage i dint know the admission differed type things...so i just ignored all things....

Now I have again applied in Uni of regina and alberta for Masters program in sep'2012...today i found the offer letter of uni of regina....

what should I do???is this letter useful for my new application???i knew its expired offer letter...but thing coming in my mind to just email dean of the faculty and discuss and convince for admission in sep'2012.
