I am from Iraq. I am having MSc in IT field. I applied for the post secondary diploma for Computer Technician in fanshawe college. I got my unconditional offer. what do you sugest am I applicable for getting visa

Post secondary doesn’t make any sense
It shows your motive is not studying
You further education should be of higher level

Agreed with the above response. Post secondary makes no sense and will likely lead to a refusal. You should be applying to study at the post graduate, masters or Phd level.

You should look into express entry, with a masters you might have enough points already.
