Our PR expired 5 years back and we could not meet residency obligations. Next year my daudgter will be reaching 18 years. Can she request pr renew for go for university in canada. What r chances and what is process to request pr renew for her.pl advise

She can apply for a Permanent Resident Travel Document stating that she was unable to meet the RO because she was removed from Canada by her parents as a minor. There is a very good chance of approval, especially if she is applying as soon as she turns 18.

If she's outside Canada, she can't ask for a PR CARD renew. She has to go to the Canadian Consulate and ask what's called a Travel Document.
