As you have submitted your application, the LMIA will not impact your application. Is there a chance the employer will hire you without an LMIA?

The reason I say this is that it will cost the employer to advertise the job, and the advertisement has to be posted for a certain length of time. Also, if the employer finds a suitable candidate who is qualified and is a Canadian citizen/permanent resident they will have to legitimately justify to IRCC why they chose not to employ that person. Your employer will also need to disclose a lot of financial information and non-financial information related to the recruitment process to justify why they are employing you instead of a qualified Canadian citizen/permanent resident for the role.

If your employer is comfortable doing all this then go for it, but understand it will involve a lot of time, cost and effort on their part.
